Jodi Bednar

And that’s why West Monroe tapped her to lead the Chicago office, our firm’s largest with a long-standing reputation as one of the city’s top workplaces. 

Jodi has a strong track record of helping her clients significantly reduce their operation and maintenance expenses. She begins each client relationship by listening to and understanding their unique needs and challenges. She then works collaboratively alongside them to drive incremental change and progress toward their goals. 

She worked with a client who needed to reduce their operation and maintenance expenses across all their distribution companies. She helped them identify and remove $10 million in annual expenses out of their operating budget. 

Jodi has a bachelor’s degree from DeVry Institute of Technology and has Executive leadership certifications from Yale and Harvard’s schools of business. 

What makes Jodi different

Passionate about making positive changes for the future, Jodi also enjoys yoga and personal adventure travel. She can frequently be found learning to play the ukulele or gardening in her home in the Chicagoland area.

As a board member of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and the Civic Consulting Alliance, Jodi is working to make a difference in Chicago through developing strong public private collaborative partnerships.  She is passionate about making Chicago a hub for business and working to solve complex social issues.
