We take initiatives from concept to impact, applying a sustainability lens across all industries we serve to foster a competitive, responsible approach to business.
Our passionate, cross-functional sustainability team drives educational and volunteer initiatives while working to minimize West Monroe’s environmental impact. In 2021, we achieved net neutrality by purchasing certified carbon offsets and now operate three LEED-certified offices. By continuously tracking our carbon emissions, the team helps guide our next steps in reducing and addressing environmental impact.
