West Monroe’s Jodi Bednar Named One of Consulting Magazine's ’Women Leaders in Consulting’

CHICAGO– West Monroe Partners announced that Jodi Bednar, director in the firm’s Energy & Utilities practice, has been named one of 13 “Women Leaders in Consulting” by Consulting magazine. Bednar is recognized in the client service category.

Since joining West Monroe four years ago, Jodi has helped several utility clients pursue their smart-grid and modernization visions—from strategy development through execution and operational management. Jodi’s core value is her customer-focused delivery approach. She brings a passion and genuine care every day for her clients and their best interests.

Jodi is a recognized leader both inside and outside West Monroe. She is a board member for the Chicago Chapter of Women in Energy, leading their mentorship programs, and at West Monroe leads the Women’s Mentoring Circle, which helps female leaders navigate their careers. She serves on the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity council and supports its employee resource groups (ERG). She is also a 2015 recipient of West Monroe’s Sequoia Award for leadership and mentoring within the firm.

Jodi was honored with a Client Service Award on Nov. 8 at Consulting magazine’s 10th annual Women Leaders in Consulting Gala Awards Dinner at the Lotte New York Palace in New York City. Consulting magazine will profile Bednar and the other “Women Leaders in Consulting” in its December 2018 issue.
