He helped a multi-billion dollar hardware and software company improve revenue by identifying ways to improve the installed base retention by 4%. He has been on both sides of the table as a buyer and seller of enterprise software, as well as operating a software business and being a consultant. That means Hubert has a unique blend of skills to guide his clients in a highly analytical and fact-based manner.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Hubert was a partner with Waterstone Management Group, a boutique management consulting firm focused on helping technology companies and their investors capitalize on disruptive growth opportunities. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pondicherry, India, and a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.
