As the leader of the firmwide Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, Eric delivers solutions that create value during times of transitions, like when he improved employee engagement for MultiCare Health System by 76% or improved change readiness and end user satisfaction at a large bank by more than 50%.
As an experienced consultant, Eric leverages skills in value realization and governance, change impact and readiness assessment, change management strategy, organizational alignment, communications strategy and planning, and learning and performance enhancement strategies to support and enhance large, transformational initiatives and cross-functional teams.
He is committed to developing the next generation of leaders, mentoring his peers on how to build collaborative relationships, and championing change management and employee experience at West Monroe and with our clients.
He also serves as the executive sponsor for the Develop Women Leaders initiative as part of the Women’s Leadership Network, where he supports the goal of retaining and growing women leaders at West Monroe.
Eric has a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University.
