An experienced manager and consultant, Eric leverages skills in value realization and governance, change impact and readiness assessment, change management strategy, organizational alignment, communications planning, training, business process redesign and optimization, and program management to lead large, transformational initiatives and cross-functional teams.
He is also committed to developing the next generation of leaders, mentoring his peers on how to build collaborative relationships, and championing change management at West Monroe and with our clients.
Eric led an end-to-end change management and organizational alignment (candidate screening, roles & responsibilities, training, performance management) project for a corporation navigating a large, multi-year business transformation. He has also led numerous IT initiatives, including a multi-year custom eCommerce development project for a large healthcare payer.
Eric has a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University.
