West Monroe hires Amy Fletcher as Seattle Customer Experience Lead

West Monroe Partners, a business and technology consultancy, today announced that Amy Fletcher has joined the firm as a senior director in its Customer Experience practice. 

Fletcher has nearly 20 years of management consulting experience, guiding organizations through successful transformations. Most recently, she was vice president and a member of the Digital Transformation leadership team of Hitachi Consulting, as well as the firm’s Seattle office leader.

Fletcher, based in Seattle, has assumed responsibility for the local Customer Experience practice from Kyle Hutchins, who now leads West Monroe’s Digital solutions. Fletcher will also be a member of the Seattle leadership team. Her experience spans an array of customer-centric solutions, including designing and introducing customer loyalty programs, developing digital platforms for customers and partners, improving market effectiveness, and optimizing digital customer experience.

Fletcher possesses extensive expertise in areas such as customer experience strategy; user experience interface design; product management; business process improvement; and customer relationship management.

Fletcher’s professional experience includes consulting roles at Arthur Andersen and KPMG prior to her experience at Hitachi Consulting.
