“We would once again like to thank the Puget Sound Business Journal for honoring West Monroe and our incredible people for the eighth consecutive year,” said Brian Paulen, managing partner and head of the firm’s Seattle office.

This year in particular, this award is even more meaningful as we continue investing in maintaining our exceptional culture in a hybrid environment, while shaping our people into becoming leaders for our clients, our firm and the Seattle community.

West Monroe’s Seattle office has over 130 employees and serves more than 40 clients across the Pacific Northwest in key industries, including banking, insurance, healthcare, retail, and technology.

Like all West Monroe offices, the Seattle office is committed to supporting and empowering its employees through various inclusion and diversity initiatives, employee wellness programs, maintaining a highly participatory and collaborative culture, a strong commitment to serving the local community, and regular recognition programs. In January 2021, West Monroe was honored in Built In Seattle’s prestigious Best Places to Work list for 2021.

The publication surveyed hundreds of nominated businesses in the region, ultimately honoring 100 finalists in one of four size categories: 10 to 49 full-time employees, 50 to 99 full-time employees, 100 to 249 full-time employees and more than 250 full-time employees in Washington state.

The final rankings were published in the August 27 print edition.
