The Women’s Leadership Network is an employee resource group that helps women thrive at West Monroe. We work with the entire firm to foster an inclusive culture and work toward gender equality. The committee empowers individuals to learn and grow via four major initiative areas: education, mentorship, collaboration, and communication.
We help women successfully pilot their personal and professional lives by facilitating conversations and workshops that allow us to learn from one another, engage men in discussions about challenges and opportunities, and tackle work/life integration.
Through our Career Champion program, women have the opportunity to be paired with a leader at the firm to enhance professional development, accelerate relationship-building, and increase gender equality.

Fairygodboss is a digital platform geared toward women that answers those hard-to ask questions. It helps women get the inside scoop on pay, corporate culture, benefits and work flexibility. The site also offers company ratings, job listings, discussion boards and career advice.
