West Monroe celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8 and asked our employees to come together and share how they will #BreakTheBias in 2022.
This year’s theme aims to recognize the stereotypes and discrimination in our society and move toward a world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive – where differences are valued and celebrated.
