Nathalie Brunet and Members of Group Brio Join West Monroe

West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consulting firm, today announced that Nathalie Brunet and other members of her team at Groupe Brio! Inc., a Montréal-based industrial engineering consultancy specializing in Lean, Flowcasting, and supply chain solutions, will be joining West Monroe.

Brunet and team has worked with enterprises in the manufacturing, logistics and distribution, retail, professional services, and health and social services industries across Canada and internationally. Their client list includes Rona, Uniprix, Danone, DeSerres, MAAX and many others.

With the addition of Brunet and team, West Monroe will offer dedicated Lean solutions. This builds West Monroe’s already well-regarded supply chain assessment and optimization capabilities and adds insight into Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) ,Collaborative Planning Forecasting Replenishment (CPFR) and Flowcasting.

Brunet is well known as an innovator and entrepreneur in the operations and supply chain arena. She has 23 years of experience in the fields of supply chain performance, production and information systems, process reengineering, enterprise strategy, and change management, as well as proven program management, budgeting, and team management skills. Prior to founding Groupe Brio!, Nathalie was a vice president for LxLi Québec Inc., a labor management consulting firm that merged with West Monroe in 2006, and logistics director for Sobeys Quebec Inc. She earned degrees in industrial engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.
