Leaders in West Monroe’s Workforce Optimization Recognized for Career Achievements

West Monroe Partners, a business and technology consulting firm, today announced that three of its consulting team members were honored with awards by the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE).   

Jared Dunlap was selected to receive IISE’s Outstanding Early Career IE in Business/Industry Award. This award recognizes individuals in business/industry who have made significant engineering contributions in the application, design, research or development of IE methods. Jared has consulted with clients in the retail, distribution and government sectors. He recently served as the president of IISE’s Young Professionals Group.

Joel Brock is being honored with IISE’s Outstanding Middle Career IE Leadership Award in Business/Industry. This award recognizes those who have distinguished themselves through contributions to the welfare of mankind in the field of industrial engineering. The contributions are of the highest caliber nationally or internationally recognized. Joel has 15+ years of experience in industrial engineering, consulting, retail, transportation and logistics. He has a record of producing productivity and operational improvement for clients to reduce operational costs.

Doug Rabeneck was honored with IISE’s Fred C. Crane Distinguished Service Award. The award recognizes an individual’s contributions to the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers that have been rendered through long and arduous service at the Institute level. Doug has spent more than 25 years delivering enterprise value by blending operations and technology to increase margin contribution, optimize investments, and improve service quality. He is an IISE Fellow and has been a member 20+ years.  He has held volunteer leadership positions at the local, region and international level including serving as IISE president in 2012 and 2013.

All three were honored at an awards banquet on held on May 22 during the IISE annual conference.
