West Monroe Partners, a progressive business and technology consultancy, today announced that Daniel Brousseau has joined the firm as a director in its Customer Experience practice. Brousseau has 25 years of management consulting and industry experience, and most recently was a Vice President and Consulting Director at Forrester Research, where he launched and led the led customer experience and digital strategy consulting practice.
Brousseau brings deep expertise in a range of areas related to customer experience and digital transformation, including strategy development, governance, experience design, customer insights and measurement, and organizational change. During his career, Brousseau has led hundreds of customer experience strategy, technology, and innovation engagements and major transformation initiatives across Fortune 500, mid-market and start-up firms. His industry expertise includes banking, healthcare, and energy and utilities.
“Dan Brousseau is an accomplished business leader and consultant, with an enviable track record for transforming large organizations at the intersection of customers, innovation, technology, and strategy,” said Will Wu, director in West Monroe’s customer experience practice and head of its San Francisco office. “Dan’s unique blend of technology and business consulting acumen will be a valuable addition to our arsenal for helping clients to develop insights and build effective customer strategies. We are fortunate to have someone with his caliber of experience as part of our team.”
Brousseau’s professional experience includes founding a successful boutique customer experience consultancy; launching and leading the US subsidiary of Genuine Health, a top Canadian consumer products brand; establishing a strategic partners function at Fair Issac Corporation (FICO); and holding leadership positions at Bridge Strategy Group, Renaissance Strategy, and SRI International.
The addition of Brousseau to the San Francisco team is part of a multi-year strategy for West Monroe to expand its capabilities, particularly in the Bay Area. The firm recently moved to a new location at 100 First Street to accommodate its rapid growth in the area.
“Planning and executing a differentiated customer experience represents a big shift and a major effort for most organizations, requiring significant changes across strategy, operations, digital technology and culture,” Brousseau said. “West Monroe has built out deep capabilities and has earned a strong reputation for innovation and impressive results driving measurable outcomes across customer experience and digital business. I am excited to join the San Francisco office and look forward to helping strengthen the people-first culture of our growing team, while building upon the firm’s strong reputation nationally to help clients create advantage through customer experience.”
