Trevor is driven by a passion to apply innovation to solve his client’s biggest challenges. His focus on technology driven programs has led to the growth of West Monroe’s Dental & Ancillary segment where he serves as a trusted adviser and thought leader. He recently worked alongside one of the largest dental plan administrators in the nation to develop and implement West Monroe's first robotic process automation (RPA) center of excellence. The result? The organization is positioned to realize nearly $6M in savings over the next five years. He is committed to staying up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the field and is always looking for new ways to help his clients and teams achieve their goals.
Trevor’s experience working with healthcare organizations has given him a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities. He has helped clients navigate the complexities across their business, as well as develop and implement strategies to help them expand. In addition, Trevor has a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver high value technology-driven solutions.
Prior to joining West Monroe, he worked in treasury operations at Baxter Healthcare, a medical device company. Trevor has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.

As an energetic “intrapreneur”, Trevor finds fulfillment in creating new service offerings and innovations for his clients and the firm, and he seeks new experiences in his personal life as well – he enjoys traveling with friends and family and has a goal to visit a new country every year. When he is not traveling, downtown Chicago is where he calls ‘home’ with his fiancé, Alison, and Sheepadoodle, Louie.
