West Monroe is evolving fast as we define and shape the market for digital services. That’s where Sydney comes in—orchestrating changes that enable us to evolve our structure to unlock the full potential of our talent and capabilities. She has been involved in significant transactions that include a recapitalization of management equity, the capital investment partnership with MSD Partners finalized in November 2021, and introduction of Employee Ownership 3.0—the new chapter in West Monroe’s employee ownership journey.
She joined our Finance team in 2016 from KPMG, where she provided financial advisory services for complex, large-scale infrastructure projects. She also delivered financial and business due diligence for potential buy-side transactions in multiple industries.
Sydney earned bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
