When the pressure of transformation is at its greatest, clients count on Shannon. Always poised and armed with significant experience, she understands how to deliver the most complex initiatives – and, more importantly, the benefits they promise. She recently stood up and ran a business transformation office (BTO) for a large health plan as part of a five-year, $500 million strategic initiative. She understands the importance of striking a balance between people, processes, and technology to create lasting, sustainable solutions.

Today, she leads not only clients through change but also West Monroe’s Portfolio & Program Management team – drawing on her extensive experience in the areas of strategic planning, transformation offices, portfolio and program management, organizational alignment, and process optimization,.

Shannon joined West Monroe in 2016 after beginning her career with Hitachi Consulting. She earned a bachelor’s degree in politics and an MBA from Willamette University, where she focused her studies on project management and international business.
