The deeper and stronger the relationship, the greater the value for everyone involved. That’s what Shanelle truly believes. She is passionate about our client experience and brings that energy and enthusiasm to her role as a leader on West Monroe’s Marketing team and for our offices in Southern California. She redesigned and today oversees our account-based marketing program for core industries. Her work has revitalized strategic account planning—for example, through innovative account planning methods and development of dashboards that help our teams provide exceptional client service.
Shanelle relies on a unique combination of energy and insight into key issues to conceptualize ideas and bring them to reality to drive improvement. It’s not surprising that colleagues rely on her to untangle some of their most daunting challenges.
She has extensive experience building brand awareness and client demand for large, complex, multinational organizations. Prior to joining West Monroe in 2019, she held marketing roles with EY and Deloitte, where she developed deep ABM experience. She holds a degree from the University of Oregon.
Shanelle’s favorite activity is reading. She reads between 100 and 200 books every year and judges literary contests in her spare time. With three children under 10 and a new puppy, she figures she hasn’t slept in about a decade.
Shanelle influences our inclusion and diversity efforts as an employee resource group leader in her market. She also shares responsibility for developing junior members of the Marketing team.
In the community, Shanelle is involved in her children’s school and serves as a marketing advisor for capital campaigns. She was a Red Cross responder during the Hurricane Katrina disaster and spent a few weeks helping run a shelter in Mississippi.
