The business challenge may vary, but Scott’s approach does not. He comes to the table first to understand the goals – whether that is cost containment, revenue growth, productivity improvement, customer and employee experience, or some combination of these. Then, he finds the right people, with the right skills to solve the challenge at hand. He’s done that time and time again – for example, helping a Financial Services company complex data to gain greater insights and a healthcare company take on complex transformation to improve patient experience and competitive advantage.
He has transformed sales and operational processes, as well as global go-to-market growth strategies. His core skills include organizational change management, business process optimization, merger integration, cloud advisory services. He supplements these with a passion for fostering teamwork and collaboration – always aiming to deliver a differentiated client experience.
His previous experience includes client management leadership with business and technology-oriented organizations and consultancies serving the Fortune 1000 sector – most recently as vice president of business development with Meteorix. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
When he is not at work, Scott enjoys spending time with his three daughters and participating in their sports. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys all types of fitness activities.
He supports the hearing impaired in partnership with the Starkey Labs Hearing Foundation, including serving on the organization’s Hearing Ambassador Advisory Council. He also has slept on the sidewalk to raise awareness and support for Covenant House, which provides services for homeless children and young adults.
