In an increasingly complex and unpredictable business landscape, data can hold the key to driving business priorities and influencing outcomes. That’s where Ron comes in. He helps companies use data to improve stability and financial performance. He developed a predictive demand tool that saved one large financial services firm $200 million, and a location forecasting tool that drove $725 million growth for another. He also created a system for predicting sports injuries that has helped reduce financial risk.
A technology and operations expert, he has restructured underperforming enterprises, led digital transformations, prepared companies for successful mergers and acquisitions, and empowered leaders to take ownership of their most pressing problems by addressing them using data to strategically generate value.
He founded and grew two analytical businesses to provide business forecasting solutions for clients in multiple industries, in addition to conceiving and building the analytics division for Alvarez & Marsal to support the success of large capital projects.
He has also been a chief operating officer with a global technology and services company and interim chief information officer for several start-up firms during post-merger integration. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University and a law degree from Rutgers University.
His hobbies include sailing, cycling, and playing music as a self-described halfway decent guitarist in a band. He enjoys mountain biking, sailing and having dinner with family and friends.
A compelling combination of operations and analytics programming expertise enables him to translate business problems into analytics-driven solutions. He is highly committed to building the careers of everyone on his teams.
