Prior to joining West Monroe, Rajeev was a global senior vice president of operations and chief procurement officer for a media and broadcasting company. He has held several procurement and operational leadership roles in addition to his extensive consulting experience guiding Fortune 500 companies through transformational change.
He earned undergraduate degrees in information science and anthropology and international relations from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Navarra (Spain). He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Sourcing Professional.

An avid traveler, Rajeev has visited more than 80 countries and 46 U.S. states. He enjoys learning new languages and is conversationally fluent in Spanish, Bengali, and Italian.
Where Rajeev makes an impact
Rajeev has a passion for developing global leaders—so it’s not surprising that he prioritizes mentoring and coaching in his work with both colleagues and clients. But he doesn’t stop there. He’s also an active coach in youth sports, developing future soccer, basketball, baseball, and flag football stars. He is also a frequent parent volunteer at his children’s school and a board member of the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation.
