When it comes to driving growth and innovation in a changing marketplace, pharmaceutical and medical technology executives count on Pankit. His passion for teaming with others and using technology to streamline operations has created tangible impact for multiple industry leaders. And for a large consumer electronics company entering the medical technology market, he developed the new strategy and operating model, refined the product and portfolio strategy.
He advises pharmaceutical and medical technology clients on a range of challenges, including product and portfolio strategy, product development, operations, quality management system, merger and acquisition diligence, and integration. He also has a strong track record for guiding large transformational initiatives to value capture.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2021, he was a director with PwC. He earned a master’s degree in computer science from Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
When he isn’t at work, he may be playing tennis or volleyball or watching his kids play sports and other activities. He enjoys traveling and all things nature. He visited a new destination—often a beach to escape Chicago’s winters—every year for two decades prior to the pandemic and looks forward to restarting that trend soon.
He quickly understands changing industry dynamics and translates those into new or revised business and operating models.
