Nisa is an out-of-the-box thinker who understands how to deliver in an agile environment and brings a track record for making a difference. She led a development team through a 15-month effort to retire and replace a core application used company-wide to control visibility among members of various groups. This solution produced significant time savings, reducing the time required to create groups and assign members from more than 10 hours to under seven minutes.
As an agile product owner, she employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and gather information and create concise product management documentation and plans. She is adept at making sure her teams understand business requirements and can deliver results that meet expectations. And her well-honed verbal and written communication skills are instrumental in a role responsible for facilitating collaboration among departments.
Nisa joined West Monroe from Premier Inc., where she was a product owner and senior business analyst. She has held several other product and business analysis roles for organizations in the financial services, healthcare, and other sectors. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree in information technology from Southern New Hampshire University.

She is a licensed esthetician and a Level II Reiki practitioner. When not at work, she is likely enjoying time with her family, baking, catching up with friends, or checking out local restaurants. She enjoys learning about different cultures and traveling.
