Matt has the unique perspective of understanding clients’ challenges because he spent years working in industry dealing with manual processes and lagging technology. This has allowed him to more easily connect with clients to help them navigate through both process and technology improvements.
With more than a decade of management and configuration experience implementing various software platforms, Matt understands client organizations and develops management governance structures and execution strategies based on the needs of each client. He can also proactively mitigate risks that allow clients to focus on the benefits of the new platform.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Matt was a solutions consultant at Kronos and a LEAN Facility Manager at Caterpillar. He has both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University.
What makes Matthew different
Matt lives with his wife, daughter, and two cats. He has traveled to six of the seven continents – Antarctica is last on the list – and is always in search of a good game of pick-up basketball, which he plays on a weekly basis.
