Being on the front line of marketing for a decade of double-digit annual growth requires a significant amount of skill, discipline, and energy. That’s what Kristin has brought. She has helped build and direct the Marketing organization to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding consultancy, including facilitating a six-fold growth in the team from five people to nearly 30 today.
With an extensive background in both B2B marketing and the management consulting profession, she leads the team of marketers who partner with West Monroe’s multidisciplinary squads to drive integrated programs that produce tangible results.
She is passionate about innovation. As a member of the Innovation Steering Committee, she has supported activities to extend our innovation processes across the firm, engage our people in innovation-related activities, and launch the Intellio® brand in the market to generate financial value from some of our most important employee-driven ideas.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2012, Kristin held marketing roles Aon, J.P. Morgan, and CVS Caremark. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
A self-professed life-long learner, she enjoys continuously adding to her marketing and business skillset, including areas such as marketing management, digital strategy, search engine optimization, and integrated marketing. She is always up for an adventure in her free time as well—whether that’s hiking on a glacier in Alaska, swimming with turtles in the Galapagos, or exploring the Kalalau Trail along Kauai’s Na Pali Coast.
She always challenges her team to elevate their ideas and try new things. That’s one of the reasons she loves working in marketing.
