Kristen understands how to navigate the intersection of business processes and technology to deliver complex system solutions with tangible impact. She has worked on the functional aspects of meter-to-cash systems, particularly related to the transmission and distribution arena.  She has led and developed methodology frameworks for business enablement. She has also supported additional technology efforts, such as leading a global cross-functional team of 100+ across more than 30 projects related to one utility’s SAP system, while working with technology and business stakeholders as well as multiple vendors. 

She has devoted much of her career to working on the business and operations side of technology integrations, holding executive management and practitioner roles across utility and technology initiatives. She also has a significant compliance background. Her work has contributed to skills and delivery acumen that are broadly applicable in many circumstances and to many challenges. 

She joined West Monroe from Accenture, where she was a senior manager in the Utilities practice. After initiating her career with the PwC Utilities group, she spent 14 years with The Structure Group (acquired by Accenture), where she delivered management, business process, smart grid, compliance, and communication solutions for the energy industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology and Culture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and holds the Project Management Professional® Certification. 

What makes Kristen different

She and her husband enjoy travel and international soccer. She has visited 37 countries and all but one U.S. state, which she looks forward to exploring soon. 

Where Kristen makes an impact

She enjoys building high-performing teams and takes great pleasure in helping and seeing others succeed personally and professionally. She also maintains ties to the Georgia Tech community, including serving as an emeritus member of the Alumni Association Board of Trustees.
