Ken brings a diverse background that includes client service and operational processes and technologies to his partnerships with private equity and strategic buyers to deliver pre-close and post-close projects and transaction advisory leadership. He helps to identify both risk and value creation elements in the pre-close diligence process as well as overseeing complex post-close technology transformation projects.
Ken also assists portfolio companies of private equity clients in realizing the value of technology and digital initiatives.
Ken joined West Monroe in 2009 after spending several years in marketing, analytics and eCommerce roles with Navigon and Tripp Light. He was a member of West Monroe’s marketing team before moving into a consulting role focused initially on customer relationship management solutions and customer experience strategy. He has a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College.
