An introspective, conscientious change leader, Katie brings much more than a project-focused organizational change management (OCM) lens to her projects. Rather, she sees OCM as a natural, integrated extension of any business transformation or imperative and seeks to find the opportunities and connections that clients and project team members value and prioritize.
Katie works closely with senior executives to develop fit-for-culture strategies that position leaders to effectively deliver on their change and communications objectives. She is focused and detail-oriented and strives to develop organic relationships with her clients and teams while helping them reach their goals.
Katie joined West Monroe in 2019 from the Brunswick Group, where she was a director responsible for creating and managing employee engagement, executive and change communication programs for clients. She has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
What makes Katie different
After living in several neighborhoods on the north side of Chicago, Katie, her husband, and their dog Frankie recently settled in Portage Park. As a fine arts college minor, she still dabbles in drawing and painting, and has even performed improv at the Park West Theater in Chicago. She is also an accomplished athlete, having completed a marathon, seven half marathons, and four long-distance relays.
Where Katie makes an impact
Katie partners with clients to design and implement custom strategies to support changes in strategy, culture, function, structure, processes, and people.
