Jordan Nouhan

There are many critical challenges and decisions to navigate before realizing the benefits of a merger or acquisition. That’s where Jordan comes in. He has deep experience helping clients navigate the risks and developing the strategy and plan to execute. For clients that have limited experience acquiring and integrating, Jordan partners with them to establish an integration team and build their integration competency. This partnership model has yielded a successful track record in accelerating the velocity of acquiring and integrating add-ons and speed to value with achieving investment thesis. 

His diverse experience—spanning industries, business domains, and cultures—provides valuable perspective in the face of challenge and complexity. He combines that experience with a “think like an owner” mentality and well-honed leadership skills to get things done. Clients especially appreciate his tenacity and commitment to fight for their interests every step of the way.

He joined West Monroe after earning a degree in business management and leadership from Miami University (Ohio). Previously, he was a sergeant in the US Marine Corps Embassy Security Group. In 2023, Jordan was recognized as a winner of the M&A Advisor's 14th Annual Emerging Leaders awards.

What makes Jordan different

While serving in the United States Marine Corps and with the State Department from 2005 to 2010, he lived and worked in several countries including Turkey, the Philippines, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He still enjoys foreign travel, often to remote destinations. Away from work, his interests also include motorcycle riding, marksmanship, music, film, and Chicago’s amazing food scene.

Where Jordan makes an impact

He is a member of the board of directors for United Service Organizations (USO) of Illinois, which provides programs and services for US Armed Forces members and their families across the state.
