With a keen ability to translate business visions into tangible value, Jim has guided numerous financial institutions and other organizations on the path to digital transformation – harnessing great customer experience as a means to success. He recently helped a regional bank speed up loan processing by removing 125 hours of time per week as part of a pandemic-related mortgage relief initiative.

His strong delivery expertise is grounded in a unique blend of acumen, including team building, solution architecture, business analysis, application design, and program management. He is also an avid participant in practice management efforts, helping to develop tools that accelerate delivery and value.

He joined West Monroe in 2021 from PwC, where he was a director in the Salesforce practice focused on delivering solutions for the financial services sector, including wealth management firms, independent broker dealers, payments companies, and regional banks. He has held several other consulting positions and technology executive roles with several financial institutions. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Virginia Tech.

What makes Jim different

Jim is a cyclist and used to own and operate a bike and wine tour business on Long Island. Today, his family enjoys their beautiful and proudly diverse hometown in the Hudson Valley, close to the self-proclaimed and unofficial Halloween capital of the United States. 

Where Jim makes an impact

Jim particularly enjoys mentoring the next generation of leaders—and future athletes, coaching his own children and others as a volunteer with the American Youth Soccer Organization and his local Little League. Before he entered the consulting field, he spent two years managing welfare-to-work programs in the non-profit and public sectors.
