As West Monroe’s Director of Client Success – and the leader of our firmwide Value Creation initiative – Jill provides education, delivery support, and enhanced operational processes to help our teams improve quality, maximize client value, and manage risk.
In her prior position as a consultant with our Customer Experience practice, Jill led a $12 million engagement consisting of 21 separate initiatives to improve the employee and customer experience for a water utility.
Jill’s work draws on a rare combination of skills. She has a gift for building productive relationships at all levels of the organization. She is an expert on consulting best practices and internal operations, and she excels at communicating best practices to our large and diverse professional team.
Jill joined West Monroe from Hewitt Associates. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.
What makes Jill different
Jill tackles challenges head-on, traits honed as a member of her college rugby team. Her first job out of college was making toothbrushes for Oral-B. These days she spends her free time relaxing with family and on the golf course.

Jill volunteers with the Springboard Foundation, a Chicago-area non-profit that provides funding to exceptional students pursuing their dreams in higher education.
