Jeff is a results-oriented CRM and business process leader with an aptitude for innovation and a track record for boosting employee productivity, customer satisfaction, and enabling operational excellence.  

Jeff has worked with clients on the planning and implementation of leading CRM, CPQ and CLM solutions across multiple industries.  Most recently, Jeff teamed with a leading media and communications company that helped deliver $2 million in estimated annual cost savings by improving operational efficiencies and consolidating software.  

Jeff’s strengths include educating and empowering sales, marketing, service, and operations functions to transform CRM applications into productivity tools.  

Prior to joining West Monroe, he led Salesforce business development and delivery for Bluewolf, an IBM company. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and has technical certifications across Salesforce and Oracle platforms.

Part of Jeff’s secret sauce for creating value is his ability to build strong partnerships. 

He enjoys biking, hunting, fishing, cooking, and gathering with the great friends and family all around his “amazing neighborhood” in Frisco, Texas. He climbed Mt. Meeker and Longs Peak in Estes Park, Colorado, when he was eight years old.
