For banks seeking to quickly reap the benefits of a differentiated customer experience advantage, Jayna is ready to make that happen with proven tools and a track record for success. She has worked with institutions of all types, including an $87 billion national credit union, a $16 billion bank, and a $60 billion agriculture co-op to drive advantage through technology and automation. That includes implementing nCino loan origination, nCino treasury management onboarding, or CRM solutions for more than 15 banks and credit unions.
Jayna is part of our nCino center of excellence’s leadership team, with a particular focus on developing capabilities for jump-starting and streamlining implementation. She led development of nCino accelerators that have saved more than 1,000 hours of project team effort. These are now an integral part of our approach for delivering the benefits of nCino solutions faster.
She has a degree in informatics from Indiana University and a master’s degree in business information technology from DePaul University. She also holds a project management certificate from Northwestern University, as well as certifications from Salesforce and nCino.
She is an avid book reader, averaging 40 books per year over the past three years. With two young children, she has little spare time – but when she does, she spends it golfing with her husband and attending Chicago sporting events.
She is passionate about mentoring others, both inside and outside of her practice. She has been a mentor with our Women’s Leadership Network since the program’s inception. She also provides guidance to junior consultants as they navigate the complexity of nCino projects and their careers.
A proponent of leading by example, Jayna strives to demonstrate that it is possible to pursue a career in consulting and raise a family. She is transparent about her experience and has been featured in our Women in Consulting Q&A Spotlight series, which highlights the contributions and career paths of women at West Monroe. She counsels many colleagues who are expecting or have had their first baby and are looking for advice on navigating their new reality.
