That’s where Don comes in. He understands how to turn technology into tangible business value. He spearheaded the IT strategy for a $3 billion, 800-person division of a company that markets, distributes, and finances feature films in 120 countries – driving benefits for operations, distribution, marketing, music, and finance. He implemented digital supply chain improvements that produced savings of more than $500,000 per year through automation. And by continuously optimizing system support structures, he reduced application defects by 63% and delivered more than 300 new features—including mobile capabilities and executive dashboards—that improved collaboration, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

He approaches his work with a passion for forging strong IT-business partnerships and driving digital transformation utilizing cloud-computing and emerging technology such as machine learning and artificial intelligence. In addition to using his technical acumen to solve business problems, he also has extensive project management and delivery experience, guiding complex IT and operational transformations through to positive outcomes.

Prior to joining West Monroe, he was a Salesforce project manager with Capgemini. Previously, he spent more than a decade in technology roles with several leading organizations in the media and entertainment sector. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a certificate in human resources management from UCLA.

Away from work, he enjoys gardening and learning new songs to play at the piano, as well as the greenery and wildlife of his Los Angeles neighborhood.
