Managing Director Advisory & Transformation Washington, D.C.

LinkedIn

Christopher is adept at driving structure in ambiguous situations and managing outcomes to plan. This is how he creates measurable value, regardless of the challenge.

He negotiates vendor agreements and implements solutions that deliver performance improvements and multi-year cost savings totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. For one recent client, his spend analysis and sourcing program evaluation identified over $100 million in prospective savings, along with a phased approach for achieving those savings across categories. For a private equity carveout, he conducted a “build versus buy” assessment and then led the procurement process to complete a vendor agreement prior to the expiration of the transition services agreement.  And for a major US healthcare provider, he negotiated a complex infrastructure outsourcing agreement that drove substantial savings while enhancing the patient and clinician IT experience.

His experience across a range of technology and business processes has established him as an effective and trusted guide to senior executives across many different industries. He leads programs from assessment through transition to new services and vendors – with particular expertise in IT transformation, IT outsourcing advisory, program management, vendor management, strategic sourcing, negotiations, and procure-to-pay improvement.

He joined West Monroe from Pace Harmon, where he was a managing director. Previously, he was with Deloitte Consulting, focusing on IT and supply chain solutions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
