It’s no secret that technology can unlock new sources of competitive advantage. Charlie holds the keys—with a unique combination of emerging technology experience and commercial insight that translates to success. He led the redesign and transformation of digital channels—including websites, mobile, apps, billboards, and interactive kiosks—for a national news organization that drove a three-times increase in traffic and revenue.

His expertise doesn’t just include product management. He’s also skilled in program, people, team, financial, and change management, as well as executive communications and business strategy/alignment—all factors in successful transformation. His experience spans projects and organizations across North America, Europe, and Africa.

Charlie has parlayed his strong entrepreneurial spirit into several businesses and digital start-ups, ranging from video production for online and mobile channels to designer 3D glasses.

Charlie joined West Monroe in 2024. He previously spent 25 years with Accenture, most recently creating, managing, and growing the Digital Products practice in North America. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Edinburgh University.

What makes Charles different

Charlie has a passion for art and paints as a hobby. He is also published in the Journal of Paranormal Psychology. Other interests include cooking, cycling, golf, yoga, and horseback riding. He once went on a horse trek in the mountains of Lesotho in Africa.

Where Charles makes an impact

He is committed to making the workplace accessible. He has served as a disability employee resource group lead and encouraged the launch of accessibility centers with specialized tools and technologies. 

He also has a passion for innovations that drive trust and safety in ethical technology products.
