He led a team that replaced business customer onboarding for a $100 billion national financial services firm, reducing the onboarding process from days to minutes.
As a certified Salesforce partner with extensive financial services experience, his specialty is designing and implementing Salesforce CRM and the nCino Bank Operating System solutions. He is also a leader in our Salesforce and nCino Centers of Excellence with responsibility for managing best practices, accelerators, and methods used by teams throughout the country.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2017, he spent more than 10 years at a Chicago-based trust company focused on the custody and administration of alternative assets. He was responsible for firmwide sales, servicing, compliance, and technology operations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Columbia College in Missouri.
Growing up, Brandon was involved in music, piano, theater, and figure skating. He channels those creative passions into delivering exceptional experiences for clients’ customers and employees.
He enjoys international travel, with the Champagne and Bordeaux regions of France being particular favorites. Closer to home, he takes advantage of all Chicago has to offer, particularly the fantastic restaurants in his West Loop neighborhood.
