Through his work on more than 250 transactions across business sectors, Antony has established a track record for helping companies gain a competitive advantage through the deployment of strategically aligned IT systems. For the carveout of downstream assets from a major UK oil company, he led the team that built a standalone IT platform without support from the vendor. In addition to completing the carveout within budget, his work reduced IT costs by 50%.
His experience spans technology diligence, carveouts, integration, and cost reduction for both private equity and corporate clients. He has honed an ability to combine business analysis and a strong technical background in order to shape effective, value-creating IT solutions.
Antony became one of the first members of our London office upon its opening in 2022. Previously, he was a managing director with EOS Deal Advisory and a senior director with Alvarez & Marsal. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Imperial College London and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
What makes Antony different
Antony is a keen sailor who owns a small boat on the Kent coast. He loves to sail around the local area and look for seals. He volunteers with his not-for-profit Harbour Board, helping with IT and other challenges that benefit the local community.
He grew up abroad in Iran, Egypt, and Hong Kong—fostering an appreciation for travel and exploration that has taken him all over the world.
