Anthony Mikolasy

As a business development and account executive, Anthony represents West Monroe’s brand on our journey to become a billion-dollar company. He has a focus on our core industries and the intersections of digital and emerging technology. Anthony partners with both consultants and clients to identify challenging opportunities and engagements to help transform organizations for future success in the digital world.

A leader who thrives in collaborative environments, Anthony is passionate about bringing people together to brainstorm solutions and solve problems that can’t be tackled by individuals alone.

Anthony joined West Monroe in 2018 from Neudesic, where he also served as the director of business development.

What makes Anthony different

Anthony lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and their two sons. He takes advantage of his location by being outdoors as much as possible, whether biking and fishing in the summer or skiing in the winter. He is also a basketball and soccer coach for his kids’ teams.

Where Anthony makes an impact

Anthony serves on the Information Technology and Administrative Management board of advisers for Central Washington University. The group focuses on relevant technology and business classes that are applicable to today’s students. He also volunteers in his community’s soccer program to help mentor young athletes.
