As leader of our Talent Acquisition function, she partners with business leaders to bring the best and brightest business consultants, deep technologists, and industry experts into our organization – equipping us with the diverse and multidisciplinary talent we need to drive our double-digit annual growth rate and strategy.
Since joining West Monroe in 2012, she has helped grow the Talent Acquisition function and expand its capabilities significantly, including continuously refining interview and selection processes. To this role, she brings deep expertise across full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, candidate experience, employer branding, recruitment technology, and talent acquisition strategy.
In addition to leading a team of high-caliber talent acquisition professionals, she is also responsible for partnering firmwide on the identification of diversity platforms and partner organizations, fostering strategic alliances, and creating effective recruitment campaigns that exemplify West Monroe’s employer brand.
Before joining West Monroe, she was a Technology Recruiter and Client Account Leader with Apex Systems, aligning businesses with technology resources. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
Away from work, she enjoys time outdoors with her growing family, finding new hidden gems around the city (food, parks, museums, etc.), traveling, and enjoying time on the water. Amy grew up in 3 different countries and is the only natural born U.S Citizen in her entire extended family, although her love for poutine, Celine Dion, and the great white north keep her faithful to her Canadian roots.
