When it comes to turning transactions into tangible value, experience matters. That’s where Adam comes in. Adam has become a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest private equity firms through a commitment to partnering and a track record for value creation—whether by standing up successful new businesses, finding new cost-take out opportunities, turning around low-performing entities, or guiding the journey to be digital. His clients include investors and portfolio companies across the United States and Europe.

With some 500 private equity and public company due diligences under his belt, at transaction values up to $6 billion, Adam has seen just about everything. That experience enables him to take a broad view of operations, spot opportunities, and tap the right expertise across West Monroe to solve business problems and accelerate value.

Adam also excels at guiding change. He has led complex, industry-transforming carve-out, take-private, and integration transactions—including a Silicon Valley carve-out valued at over $30 billion. He has also led operational and technology transformation for many portfolio companies in the high-tech and software, healthcare, and consumer products sectors.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Adam was the strategy and product lead at Founder Equity Fund, where he supervised product management for early-stage startups. He has bachelor’s degrees in math and physics from the University of Illinois, and an MS and MBA from Northwestern University.

What makes Adam different

Adam is a lifelong learner. In his spare time, he can be found deep in a historical documentary, refining his French and German, or learning advanced math and physics.

Adam and his family take full advantage of life in the Dallas area, particularly the year-round outdoor possibilities. Most weekends, you’ll find him at a local park, garden or zoo with his wife and daughter. He’s also an avid hiker, an Orangetheory convert, and a cycling enthusiast who’s forever trying to keep up with his wife—a former competitive cyclist—on the trails.

Where Adam makes an impact

He takes great satisfaction in seeing colleagues develop into leaders. He is a committed mentor, teacher, and sounding board—always ready to help others reach their potential.
