This document describes West Monroe Partners, LLC’s and its affiliates’ (“West Monroe” or “WM” or “we” or “our” or “us”) treatment of the information we collect that could directly or indirectly identify you as an individual (“Personal Information”) during your interactions with us as a visitor to the West Monroe AI microsite located at westmonroe.ai including its subdomains and the interactive AI-powered tools and applications made available on it (collectively, the “AI Site”); or when you receive communications from us regarding our products and services (collectively, the “Interactions”). WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT


We may collect “Personal Information,” such as your name, address, telephone number, and online identifiers, when you visit the AI Site and when you otherwise engage in Interactions. The Personal Information that we collect depends on the nature and context of your Interactions with us.

Active Data Collection


Like many other web sites, we actively collect information from our visitors both by asking specific questions on this AI Site and by permitting you to communicate directly with us via e-mail and other electronic means. We may also collect and process publicly available information about a company you identify, for example by scanning the text of public web pages, in order to generate the AI Output. Information drawn from public sources is directional and should be independently confirmed.


The name and email address you provide are used to generate and deliver your report and for related communications. They are not transmitted to the third-party artificial intelligence models that power the tools. The inputs you submit, however, are transmitted to and processed by third-party artificial intelligence model providers in order to generate the AI Output. We may retain inputs and AI Outputs, and may use them in de-identified or aggregated form, to operate, evaluate, and improve the tools.


Please do not submit sensitive personal information or personal information about other individuals as inputs to the AI tools. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any information you submit, and you should not include any information that you are not authorized to disclose.


Passive Data Collection


We may automatically collect or store certain Personal Information concerning your use of this AI Site, such as information regarding which of our pages are most often visited. We may share with or transfer to third parties such information for the purpose of maintaining the AI Site, responding to direct inquiries, measuring traffic and traffic trends at this AI Site, and providing advertisements that are more relevant to you and your interests.

5. HOW WEST MONROE PROTECTS YOUR INFORMATION
