When new legislation unlocked funding for solar energy rebates, one public agency faced a race against time. The law required a new application process, but their outdated systems and processes weren’t built for this scale—or this speed. They partnered with West Monroe to create a modern, efficient portal that could support residents, contractors, and internal staff. In 60 days, we co-created and launched a Salesforce Experience Cloud platform enabling online submissions, real-time tracking, and a streamlined workflow, and in the seven ensuing months we expanded the platform to cover the five most painful-to-administer programs. The result? A fast, user-friendly system that powers the state’s solar goals and lays the digital foundation for 25+ future clean energy programs.
