West Monroe Named a 2017 Best Workplaces for Parents by Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE

West Monroe Partners, a national business and technology consultancy, has been recognized as one of the 2017 Best Workplaces for Parents, ranked by research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and FORTUNE. The firm ranked No. 25 out of 50 on the list, based on more than 440,000 employee surveys from organizations nationwide. It considered 50-plus factors that contribute to team members’ success and well-being as they raise children.

  • Primary caregivers can take 10 weeks of leave, with the option to use up to two weeks of leave prior to baby's arrival

  • Secondary caregivers can take five weeks of leave

  • Partnership on plans for return, which includes a re-entry plan, schedule, and ramp up plan that works for individuals and West Monroe

  • Flexible paid time off for all employees

At the Best Workplaces, 9 in 10 parents said they’re planning long-term futures with their organizations. A similar share of mothers and fathers both said they consider their positions more than “just a job,” reflecting the dedication common among parents at the leading employers.
