West Monroe Appoints 8 New Directors; Promotes 6 Current Directors to New Roles

CHICAGO, IL - West Monroe, a national business and technology consultancy, today announced the appointment of eight new directors and the promotion of another six current directors to new roles. It also promoted an individual to Innovation Fellow status. “We are incredibly proud to have these outstanding 15 individuals as part of our leadership at West Monroe,” said Kevin McCarty, Chairman & CEO. “The number of new directors and promoted directors this year exemplifies the incredible growth we’ve experienced. They are living proof that our mission to build the next generation of leaders is coming true – across offices, practices, specialties, backgrounds, and skills. West Monroe appointed the following new directors:

Nathan Beu (Chicago) works in West Monroe’s Technology practice, partnering closely with the firm’s M&A practitioners on technology diligence and integration in transactions. He leads tech diligence methodology standardization at the firm, representing more than 400 deals annually. He joined the firm in 2012.

Jennifer Roths Boerema (Chicago) works with financial services clients on growth strategy and tech-enabled business performance improvement. Throughout her career she has worked with the top 10 U.S. banks and today leads West Monroe’s fast-growing agricultural lending consulting services. She joined the firm in 2017.

Lee Carswell (Seattle) works with clients across industries designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce to achieve customer success. As key member of the Customer Experience practice, he has particular expertise in driving customer-centric solutions in the financial services industry. He joined the firm in 2014 via acquisition.

Leann Landry (Dallas) works with clients to deliver complex Salesforce strategies and solutions. A key leader in the firm’s fast-growing Dallas office, she has five Salesforce certifications and is a recognized expert in program and project management. She joined the firm in 2015 via acquisition.

Ken Magrow (Chicago) works alongside utilities to design and deploy telecommunication solutions and implement advanced metering infrastructure. He also helps them become more adaptive and responsive to their customers. He joined the firm in 2012.

Greg Pondel (Chicago) is a leader in West Monroe’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, working with private equity sponsors on pre-deal technology and operational diligence. Greg has spent more than a decade leading complex mid-market enterprise resource planning projects across many industries. He joined the firm in 2014.

Nathan Ray (Chicago) leads healthcare M&A for West Monroe, working with strategic buyers and private equity sponsors on a high volume of transactions and post-close work. Nathan has deep expertise in emerging technologies and business models, acquisitive provider platforms, and healthcare analytics. He joined the firm in 2014.

John Vance (New York) works with clients across industries to design and implement tech-enabled solutions that transform the entire enterprise. A key member of the firm’s Operations Excellence practice, he specializes in customer management and transformation. He joined the firm in 2012.

West Monroe also promoted the following directors to new roles:

Daniel Belmont (Chicago) to Managing Director. Dan works with leading utilities on telecommunications and grid modernization.

Chris Caulfield (Los Angeles) to Senior Director. Chris works with financial services clients to optimize commercial banking processes, technology, and capabilities.

Andy Gaeckle (Chicago) to Senior Director. Andy works with clients across industries on Salesforce design, implementation, and optimization.

Chuck Malone (Chicago) to Senior Director. Chuck works with clients across industries on Salesforce design, implementation, and optimization.

Jerin May (Seattle) to Senior Director. Jerin works with clients across industries to build the right technology infrastructure for their business.

Munzoor Shaikh (Chicago) to Senior Director. Munzoor works with healthcare providers and health systems on a range of initiatives, including value-based care and digital transformation.

West Monroe promoted the following individual to Innovation Fellow, a role that focuses on product and service innovation to fulfill market needs.

Andrew Dillon (Dallas) works with leading energy companies and utilities on technology-based innovation and transformation projects. With a diverse background in entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability, he advances West Monroe’s ability to deliver value to clients. He joined the firm in 2017.

All appointments and promotions were effective March 1, 2020.
