West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced the acquisition of On Point Consulting, a Minneapolis-based firm specializing in merger integration solutions. The transaction combines West Monroe’s strength in the private equity segment of the M&A market with On Point’s solutions and expertise in the strategic/corporate buyer market, establishing one of the nation’s premier M&A advisory firms.
On Point’s Managing Partner Steve Sapletal and Partner John Hurley join West Monroe Partners as directors in the firm’s Minneapolis office, along with their team of consultants.
