A creative, hands-on business leader, Tim excels at building teams, transforming processes, and innovating in sales, marketing, and service functions. He helps clients design and implement customer-facing solutions that increase efficiency, deepen relationships, and achieve competitive advantage.
Tim has a track record of building strong client relationships through his experience in sales, marketing, customer service, forecasting and operations planning, ecommerce, and enterprise collaboration.
To each client challenge, Tim brings a blend of business and technology expertise, including user experience design, cloud services, social business automation and collaboration platforms, product configuration, pricing, and quoting (CPQ), sales organizational development, CRM, and social selling programs. He also has experience with an array of enterprise platforms, including more than a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Tim served as Vice President, Business Development at 7Summits, a digital consulting firm. He has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.
What makes Tim different
Active and adventurous, Tim spends his free time cycling, hiking (especially national parks), sport fishing, and reading (especially discovering new science fiction).

Tim has led efforts in West Monroe's CRM roadmap, facilitates sales in firmwide Customer Experience meetings, and has served as a transition coach to several new employees in the CX practice.
