Matt serves as Managing Partner in West Monroe’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, overseeing the firm’s private equity clients and guiding the growth of M&A capabilities across West Monroe offices. With nearly 30 years of experience—and having previously led the firm’s M&A practice—he brings deep perspective on how to scale platforms, align teams, and deliver value across the deal lifecycle.

 

Before joining West Monroe, Matt co-founded Five9 Technologies and began his career at Arthur Andersen. Over the course of his career, he has built and led high-performing teams and long-standing client relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and outcomes.
