After a decade as CEO—the second in our firm’s history—he continues to lead our Board of Directors, guide investment strategy through West Monroe Capital, and play an active role in our own M&A growth strategy. His priority: representing and promoting the firm in the market to fuel opportunity and impact at every level.

Since co-founding the firm in 2002, Kevin has focused on building multidisciplinary teams that deliver practical solutions, empowering clients to transform how they do business—and make it stick. He takes great pride in motivating West Monroe’s dynamic teams, ensuring measurable client impact is central to every project.

Kevin’s leadership has taken West Monroe from its start-up roots to a top consulting firm with a challenger mindset.
