Jordan’s tenure at West Monroe has been marked by projects for top 25 US banks, major regional banks, and large credit unions. He was the lead on a project in which he and the West Monroe team identified and quantified an immediate opportunity of $124 million in incremental annual revenue for the bank. They also outlined a five-year road map for the bank to achieve $228 million in incremental annual revenue by 2024.
Jordan believes in leading by example and focusing on collaboration and teamwork. That’s why his team gets together once a month for an informal update as well as a monthly social event.
As one of the first two employees at West Monroe in Los Angeles, Jordan has been instrumental in growing the office into one that was named the top place to work in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal three years in a row.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
Now leading the Financial Services teams in Chicago and Dallas, Jordan still enjoys escaping the Midwest winters for Mexico and other warm-weather travel destinations. He and his wife, Alison, live in downtown Chicago with their Maltese mix named Stella.
Jordan leads West Monroe’s national treasury management practice. He is a Certified Treasury Professional and a member of the Association for Financial Professionals.
