As Chief Development Officer, Jonathan leads West Monroe’s corporate development strategy, including acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other opportunities that support the firm’s growth.


Before joining West Monroe, Jonathan spent 10 years at Accenture, where he served as Global Lead of Accenture Ventures and Managing Director of Corporate Development. He led acquisition strategy and deal execution across several of Accenture’s growth areas and helped drive some of the firm’s largest and most strategic transactions.


Earlier in his career, Jonathan held roles at EY, Hamilton Lane, and Deloitte. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.


Jonathan’s All-In Mindset


Jonathan recharges outdoors, splitting his time between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe, where you’ll often find him running, biking, or skiing. He also enjoys giving back by mentoring students, helping them build financial confidence and explore careers in finance and M&A.
