Drawing on nearly two decades of consulting and industry experience, Johanna has built and scaled high-performing healthcare businesses, developed differentiated go-to-market strategies, and helped organizations adapt to a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Before joining West Monroe, Johanna led Slalom's Global Healthcare & Life Sciences business, overseeing a $450 million portfolio while driving significant growth across provider, payer, life sciences, and alliance channels. She was recognized as one of The Consulting Report's Top 25 Life Sciences Consultants and has led executive partnerships with some of the industry's largest healthcare organizations.
